I came to City Hall Customer Service this morning (Monday 8/24) to set up my water bill/utility account on my new home - and I was blown away by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. The experience overall was so pleasant. The area itself was gorgeous and clean. I highly recommend this team, they were so great.

Very bad services by phone and in physically , very rude people working in the front desk, I had to pay for inspections that I don’t need it to get the final inspection, waist time and money in this process waiting to get a good service as a Miramar City client . Need to improve the quality of the system , process and most important people who work in the building department .

I booked a booth at the Afro festival and they didn’t have my booth out there when I got there and the security guards were rude. For the price I paid I didn’t need to attend this event and after they refused to let vendors in the gate to collect their things I had 2 tables and I had to carry all my stuff through the gate with my son and I won’t be back to this event. It wasn’t what I thought and most people didn’t buy anything including the staff who said they liked my designs on t-shirts they were hating for sure and I would not go back. It wasn’t all that to me and not worth the money to be treated like that. They acted like I was nobody and were very rude the lady was saying slick remarks when she could have kept them to herself. I do not need support for my business from ppl like this too RUDE
